The process begins with a consultation that helps us gather information about the client’s preferences, style, and any specific ideas they have in mind. This is a crucial step to ensure that the final piece perfectly captures the client’s vision.

Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we create a design concept, supported by a form of visual aid to help communicate the design direction for the client

Once the design concept is approved, the next step is selecting the appropriate materials for the jewellery piece. This includes choosing metals, gemstones, pearls, and any other components needed to bring the design to life. The selection is made with consideration for both aesthetic appeal and durability. If redesigning jewellery, we understand the sentimental value, and we’ll do our best to incorporate as much of the original materials as possible into a new piece.

Accurate measurements are essential to ensure that the jewellery piece fits comfortably and looks visually balanced. For rings, bracelets, necklaces, and other wearable items, precise measurements are taken to ensure a perfect fit.

After finalising the design concept and materials, we provide our clients with a price quote. The quote is valid for 14 days, giving our clients ample time to make a decision. Note: In rare cases where there is a significant increase in the cost of materials between the time of quoting and the time of manufacturing, we may need to adjust the price. Any such adjustments will always be discussed and agreed upon with our valued clients. Your trust, peace of mind and satisfaction throughout the process are our top priorities.

Once the client receives the price quote, they have the opportunity to review it and provide their approval. Any necessary adjustments can be made at this stage, ensuring that the project aligns with the client's budget and expectations. Once the approval is received, we will email an invoice requesting a 50% deposit to initiate the creation of your unique piece of jewellery. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellations due to a change of mind.

The jewellery crafting process involves bringing the design to life through manufacturing, stone setting and engraving as per the design brief. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount during this phase to create a high-quality, exquisite piece.

After the jewellery piece is crafted, we will prepare a final invoice for the balance payment. Depending on the arrangement, the jewellery can be collected from our studio or shipped using secure packaging to ensure its safety. The client is presented with the finished piece, along with any relevant certifications or documentation.
